When you sponsor an active recruit within a calendar month, you will be eligible to join the team building program. For each active entrepreneur that you personally sponsor,
you will earn $30. In order to become active, an entrepreneur has to purchase products worth $250 (catalog price) during the calendar month. In other words, have personal volume 125 or greater.
You earn group bonuses based on your assigned bonus level and the entrepreneurs you have in your 1st generation. 1st generation means the entrepreneurs whom you personally recruited. In other words, people whom you directly sponsor.
You earn a group bonus from every entrepreneur in your 1st generation depending on their assigned bonus level.
Group bonuses are calculated by the difference between your bonus level and the bonus level of your 1st generation entrepreneurs. You calculate this bonus for each of the entrepreneurs in your 1st generation.
For example, let us say you are assigned to the 25% bonus level and your personal recruit, Emily, is assigned to the 15% bonus level.
The group bonus that you earn from Emily is calculated by multiplying Emily’s group volume by the difference between your and Amanda’s bonus levels. In this case: ( 25% - 18% ) * Emily’s Group Points = Your Group Bonus from Emily
When you accumulate 5.000 group volume you become assigned to the 25% bonus level, the highest bonus level available in our compensation plan. The higher levels are not solely based on the group volume but also on the success of your 1st generation entrepreneurs.
When your 1st generation entrepreneurs, personal recruits, achieve the 25% bonus level by reaching 5.000 group volume, the Group Bonus that you would normally earn from them cancels out since the difference between your bonus level and their bonus level becomes 0. ( 25% - 25% = 0 ) . When your 1st generation achieves 25%, this means that their groups are becoming more advanced and they are managing larger groups.
In this case, you will start to earn a different type of bonus, called the Leadership Bonus. Now, your main duty is to guide and lead your group. You will earn a Leadership Bonus from 25%, 22% & 18% bonus level entrepreneurs in your 1st generation.
You will earn a Leadership Bonus from the group volume differences between generations. For example, if you are a Director, initial bonus title yıu can get, you earn 4% from the difference between the sum of group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 1st generation and the sum group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 2nd generation.
This is called the Second Generation Bonus. And you earn 2% from the difference between the sum of group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 3rd generation and the sum of group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 4th generation. This is called the Third Generation Bonus. And you earn 1.5% from the difference between the sum of group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 4th generation and the sum of group volumes of 25%, 22%, and 18%’s in your 5th generation. This is called the Fourth Generation Bonus.
According to the number of 25% entrepreneurs in your 1st generation, the amount/percentages you get from each generation bonus changes. The more 25% entrepreneurs you have in your 1st generation, the higher amount/percentage you get from the generation differences, and your income grows significantly.
In order to be eligible for the Leadership Bonus, you have to satisfy the Side Points Requirement. The amount of the side points required changes for different bonus titles.
Side Points Requirement: You have to keep working on your 1st generation, regardless of your title. Side points are calculated by subtracting the group volume of your 25%’s in your 1st generation from your own group volume, and then subtracting the largest group volume of 25%, 22%, and 18% entrepreneurs, if any, in your 1st generation from the resulting value. Your Group Volume – (Sum of 1st Generation 25%’s Group Volume) – (Largest Group Volume of 1st Generation 25%, 22%, and 18% Group Volume, if any!) > 1500.
Title Points: You accumulate points for the director and above titles in your frontline (1st generation). The more qualified directors you have in your frontline, the more points you accumulate. This point system intends to create well balanced directors where they have equally qualified directors in frontline.
Manager vs Director: You are called a manager when to achieve a title but haven’t maintained for 5 months. For example, if you achieve diamond title for the first time, you will be called Diamond Manager 1st Month. The next month, we will revise your title as Diamond Manager 2nd Month. Farmasi supports beauty influencers to grow their teams balanced. Therefor, we require beauty influencers trying to achieve Diamond and higher titles satisfy another condition. Beauty influencers will earn points from the titles of their frontline beauty influencers. And they need to collect certain amount of point for achieving different titles. For instance, you would earn 2 points from Gold Director and 6 points from Emerald Manager in your frontline. You need to collect 20 points from your 1st generation in order to achieve Diamond Director Title.
Farmasi pays car/travel allowance to its entrepreneurs to let them travel easily to meet with their teams. When you have different bonus titles you get paid different amounts as car/travel allowance. We encourage our entrepreneurs to use this privilege to improve their business.
We encourage our entrepreneur to visit where Farmasi was born and give them the opportunity to visit FarmaCity in Istanbul, Turkey. This will give you the chance to visit where two continents meet, get to know a new culture and visit Farmasi headquarters. This is a special travel program for certain titles.
